When it comes to Hot Chip, I've gone from fly-by-night to full blown fanatic. Their new album is my summer jam. I love love love the first track "Motion Sickness" with it's 80s pop perfection. Other notable tracks, one I've already posted, are "Night and Day" and "Flutes". Album drops 12 June 12. You can get a first listen here.

Spending this day cranking out vegan tamales for TOFU HAPPENING (tomorrow, 5 p, my house) and general being around the house while the tree trimming fellas work. One of them is the best whistler I've ever heard. He's like a songbird.
